Ted Stewart
Ted is a highly experienced property and commercial lawyer, with a background that includes serving as Chairperson and Director of various not-for-profit and commercial organisations. He brings a wealth of knowledge in Real Property Law, Commercial Law, Leasing, Liquor Licensing, Gaming, and Business Law.
He regularly advises clients on both legal obligations and commercial strategy across the property, development, tourism, retail, and hospitality sectors. Ted has been a Nationally Accredited Mediator, offering an additional layer of expertise in resolving disputes.
Alongside his legal career, Ted has founded and directed a range of successful hospitality ventures. This hands-on experience allows him to offer clients practical, real-world solutions. Through Stewart & Carroll Consulting, he provides guidance on hospitality project design, operations, workflows, and overall business viability.
